As a single older woman, buying a car on my own seemed a bit daunting. Although I did all of the research/etc, it was still a very unpressured (and since it was my first auto purchase on my own - exciting!). Don't buy from Sand Mountain Toyota. Their used cars are lemons. I'm a senior citizen and have spent over $5,000 in repairs(even with an extended warranty). The service was great. BEWARE! They made a fool out of me. I may end up paying 27,000 for this car. Don't go near their dealership. They don't care. Ignore the other reviews. Don't make the big mistake I did.

I went to SMT due to an unusual sound in my car. Upon arrival, I was greeted by someone before I even got out of my car. The service staff is friendly and courteous but I do not like having to wait so long. My appointment was at 4:00, I left at 5:15 and that was after I kept asking how much longer. It was just an oil change and tires rotated. I skipped the wash!
