I continue to be extremely satisfied with Sand Mountain Toyota! I called late in the afternoon with a maintenance light that popped up and Sand Mountain allowed me to drop my car off at opening time the very next day without an appointment and had it fixed within the hour. I was also due for my 25k service and they kindly got that done while it was there so I didn’t have to bring it back in! There is nothing better than exceptional service even after you’ve purchased the vehicle! Highly recommend!!

I came into this dealership knowing nothing about Toyota and a little apprehensive to switch from what I’d been driving for several years. I’ve only had my RAV4 a few days, but so far I love it. A great dealership! Had a tire that was loosing air. Sand Mountain Toyota said to bring it in so they could check. Wound up had a foreign object and they were able to patch it. Wait time was between and hour and 90 minutes and they even gave my Venza a wash! I will continue to have my Venza serviced at Sand Mountain Toyota and will use them for future purchases!
I took my Nissan Maxima up there for a windshield wiper issue and they were fabulous! They went above and beyond! I worked with Adrienne and Dalton in the service department and they were great!! Highly recommend!
