I came into this dealership knowing nothing about Toyota and a little apprehensive to switch from what I’d been driving for several years. I’ve only had my RAV4 a few days, but so far I love it. The star of the show was Drew. He was absolutely fantastic and so incredibly patient. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer every single question I had. Over all, a great experience.

A great dealership! Had a tire that was loosing air. Sand Mountain Toyota said to bring it in so they could check. Wound up had a foreign object and they were able to patch it. Wait time was between and hour and 90 minutes and they even gave my Venza a wash! I will continue to have my Venza serviced at Sand Mountain Toyota and will use them for future purchases!
I took my Nissan Maxima up there for a windshield wiper issue and they were fabulous! They went above and beyond! I worked with Adrienne and Dalton in the service department and they were great!! Highly recommend!

Super cool these dealership! I drove in without an appointment to have them check several things that needed to be fixed. They did advise me that I might have to wait since I didn’t have an appointment, but they got everything fixed in just a matter of about two hours! Dustin went out of his way to keep me advised.
